In a European context characterised by a high rate of youth unemployment, the PPM Project aims at developing aspecific network made of all the actors involved in the craft papier-mâché production and in VET education. Thescope of the PPM Project is to bring two different target groups together, namely the one of “expert artisans”andthat of “potential artisans”, in order to encourage smart peer to peer learning approaches by exploiting the fullpotential opportunities of the sector.
